Educate internal teams to create better IT solutions.
Contracted through Sibro Consulting, Agency Y created a 52 module training program for Credit Suisse, London across 5 categories (Strategy, Design, Research, Analysis & Modeling, Testing).
The core of the training is to give hands-on experience, and let people solve real world problems in the IT solution context.
It's aim is to educate the internal teams, predominately the Business Analyst community on everything "UX". To create more user friendly internal, as well as client facing solutions.
It's a long term strategy to implement design centred thinking into the bank, and a bold step through doing it "the internal way", and get the existing staff up to speed. And we are looking forward to the full roll out of the training program in 2016.
